There was fire to the office building on the west side of the property causing damages to UNIT 285-2 and UNIT 285-1. TFD had to break open those units and as well as the bathroom door and one unit over. Power was isolated, shut off to Unit 285-2 and Unit 285-1 from the breaker panel. Power to remain off for units until repairs are made and proper permits are obtained. Keep Vacant posted to units. Permits Required. Unable to contact property owner. Permits required notice of violation and Indemnification form posted on front unit door. Contacted COT Contractor to secure open door units. Doors that were open from the fire accident, secured. | |
