The property has 3 JMVs in the fornt yard, outdoor storage in the carport, trash and refuse in the carport and front yard, dilapidated rear fence in the backyard, and fencing made of what appear to be sun screens for vehicles. Through the gap in the broken fence, evidence of camping is present (a large accessory structure made of tarps).
