11/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Met with tenant on site at her apartment. She showed me where she has been experiencing a leak, coming from AC return vent. She states that it leaks when AC is running and when it rains, indicating a roof leak and possibly an AC condensate drain leak. The latest time being 11/23/25. She has reported the issue multiple times with nothing done yet. Issuing notice of violation.
12/15/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Tenant is moving out. Spoke with management and advised that they get repairs made so they do not get another complaint. CLOSE CASE.
