11/19/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Occupant not home. Ck w/neighbors regarding roosters in back yard. One of the neighbors mentioned the owner has 4 roosters. Walked through the alley and could see numerous chickens/fowl.
