The structure was called in for electrical hazards however upon inspection and testing with a tester, the property (owned by the City of Tucson) did not have power and the circuit box had been stripped of wiring. The property is not secured; the primary entry gate (West of the primary structure) was open and the chain-link fence surrounding the property had been cut and bent open at two locations observed by inspectors. The City will be responsible for securing the property but at this time the structure does not have an imminent electrical hazard or danger. Inspectors secured the main entry gate with chain and padlock. |
