12/12/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Property located at 4207 E. Waverly St has a structure located in the back end of the property listed as a "Work Shop". However, the property in Zillow shows the structure is no longer a workshop. Instead this structure is now a small house with a kitchen and bathroom, bedroom/living-room. No permits on file showing the structure use changed from workshop to an additional dwelling unit (ADU). Met w/Real Estate Agent and discussed the complaint and the issue. Notice of violation to be sent out to owners of the house.
07/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed No permits obtained. Owner mentioned he is in the process of selling the property and the person wanting to buy the property is aware of the issue.
