12/27/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation At the property there was a storage shed being built in the rear of the property that appeared that does not meet the setback requirements as it is no more than 2-3 feet to other structures. I was able to see the shed being constructed as it is higher than the 6 foot block fence in the rear. Unable to make contact as all gates were secured.
01/31/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation At the property, the accessory structure has been moved three feet from all property lines. I will follow up in three weeks to allow time for a permit to be obtained. There is work in progress.
