There is an excessive amount of storage in the front yard that is not typically seen on a residential used property. The items in the front yard consist of discarded automotive parts, and other miscellaneous items. There is a dismantled medium duty wrecker that’s inoperable on the property. The C2 property is being used as a storage yard, there is a boat taller than the mobile home on site changing the appearance of the neighborhood. The boat is approximately 13ft in width and 36 ft in length.
