03/05/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site at property with inspector S.S. Owner admitted to dumping manure mix at edge of wash, but explained that he is not adding outwards, they are adding to the bulk vertically. We explained that he cannot add to his property outwards into the wash and will need to find another way of disposing of the manure. We referred the case to Stormwater. No code violation found at this time. CLOSE CASE.
