11/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation After inspection and talking with Mr. Barnett the owner, found that he does have a lot of older cars on the property but all operable and has titles to all of them, Didn't see no sign's of a business, works on cars as a hobby, but did advice that I would be monitoring when in the area, and did advise that I would be sending a notice to finish the permits to carport at the east end of the property.
03/01/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Still no permits have been obtained, will be issuing citation for no permit and site plan for structure and possible car lift, also for storage, no signs or proof or advertisement can not be determine at this time. But will be addressing other violation.
