11/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 137 PM - Contact on site with tenant. There is debris and water on floor consistent with a sewage backup in the bathroom. Tenant ran water at kitchen sink and is draining. Tenant states she has a hole in the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Did observe a hole in bathroom above shower. Called and spoke to owner, he states he had the drains unclogged yesterday at around 6 AM and wipes were found clogging the sewage system. Advised 30 days for repairs to the hole in ceiling. -VM
05/08/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1247 PM - Contact with the resident on site, states repairs were made to the ceiling. Violation abated, close case. -VM
