| 11/21/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Met with the tenant from unit A and the bathrooms have been backed up since Friday. Has called the management and got no response from the management or has anyone been on site. Unit A has solid waste in the tub and showers and the toilets are leaking water from the bottom of the toilets and the bedrooms and the hallway have standing water on the ceramic flooring. The unit smells like waste and has towels and blankets on the floor where trying to block the water and are soaked. They have been staying with friends due to has 3-kids since Friday. Did call the manager and she stated that the plumber is working on another unit and will be on site soon. The maintenance came to the site and called a plumber but working on another site and has no time when coming. Did call the supervisor to have the units condemned due to the 4th unit is starting to back up, unit D. Unit C is moving into the unit and water is starting to leak on the floor. Unit B has water on the floor and starting to back up with solid waste in the shower stalls. Did the posting of N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window of unit A and posted Do Not Enter on all the units on the front windows for the units. The manager Jennifer called due to all the tenants are calling and did advised that will be turning the water off soon if the plumber does not show soon. Did talk to the tenants and once the line is cleared they can stay in the units. RV. | |
| 11/22/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Met the manager on site and the sewer line has been cleared. Found tampons, wipes and dirt and gravel. All units are working at this time and did flush the toilets with running the water to the shower and tubs and the sinks. The water drained on all the fixtures and will be closing the case at this time. There will be some work done on the walls but are waiting for the testing results and will schedule the work to be done at that time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
