Arrived and the electrical has been removed for 6-years and had the electrical on at the time of the inspection. No one answered the front door and went to the rear yard. Had some aggressive dogs in the rear yard and was able to get to the meter and remove the meter and place a blank cover on the sockets. Had boots and were removed from the meter. Aline man came to the site and the wires were removed at the transformer. No one answered the rear door or when banging on the rear wall. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and N.O.V. to Vacate on the front metal security screen for the front door area. Did talk to some of the neighbors and they were told if anyone inside the house to call 911 and that T.P.D. will call Code Enforcement. | |
