11/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire in unit I and burned into unit H. The fire was in the attic space and the drywall was pulled down to check for fire in the attic space. The wood trusses have smoke damage and may have to be checked for fire damage. There is some wiring in the attic space and will need to be check if burned or has heat damage. Has a cooler on the roof and may need to be cleaned due to has smoke damager. The electrical and the gas was removed at the meters due to the amount of damage to the unit. The is no fire damage below the ceiling but does have smoke damage on the walls and ceilings. The unit has water on the flooring through out. Was able to secure the unit when completed with the investigation for the fire cause. The paperwork work was done and taken to a different address as requested by the property manager. The tenant was not on site and no one knew where he was. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the rear window. RV.
