11/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The unit is vacant and secured and the management will be working with the insurance company to have the work done. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
11/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and were checking for hot spots. The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The units started to clean up. The fire started in unit I and burned into unit H. The electrical and gas was turned off to the whole section of 6-units. Unit H and I will remain off until a permit is issued for reconnect. Units J,K,L, and G were turned back on while on scene for the electrical and called back SWG to turn back on unit L and G. The tenants were on site and they all stated that all is working when turned back on for the gas and the electrical. Unit I is a total lost and had hoarding issues in the unit and the front yard space. The fire was starting to burn into the attic space and the drywall was pulled down to check for extension of fire in the attic space. Was not able to make contact with the owner of the property but did get a number for a property manager and will be leaving the paperwork at a different address. Did go over the issue of the fire and needing to be secured and gave permission to call the City of Tucson contract to have the property secured. All the windows and doors have burned and will be covered with plywood. RV.
