11/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed I VISITED SITE, A CORNER HOUSE ON CALLE DE DALIAS AND CAMINO DE JUAN. FOUND THE TREES IN QUESTION HAVE BEEN TRIMMED IN THE PAST AND REMAIN 8 FT ABOVE THE SIDEWALK AREA. THERE IS A CURVE IN CALLE DE DALIAS THAT STARTS AT THE EAST END OF THIS HOUSE, CURVES NORTH AND THEN EAST. I DROVE THE STREET FROM EAST HEADING WEST TOWARDS THE STOP SIGN. NOT ONLY COULD I SEE THE STOP SIGN THRU THE TREES IN THE FRONT YARD AND SIDEWALK AREA BUT AS I MADE THE CURVE I COULD CLEARLY SEE THE STOP SIGN AND HAVE NO ISSUES WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THE STOP SIGN. I WALKED THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE AND FOUND JUST TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE DRIVE WAY IS A CRACK IN THE SIDEWALK BUT THE SIDEWALK WAS NOT LIFTING. IF THE CALLER DISAGREES THEY WILL NEED TO CONTACT TRANSPORTATION ON THIS ISSUE. I HAVE NO NO ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
