11/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that T.P.D. on site with electrical hazards. Arrived and no one on site for T.P.D. or owner or tenant. Was able to find a electrical panel installed on structural metal studs that have been added to a masonry stem wall. Has breakers with extension cords connected to the breakers and going into a metal Quonset hut structure and not able to check what connected to. Did find a permit that was approved and inspected in 2008 as a 3-pack but no sub-panel attached to. Did call T.E.P. to remove the power at the meter until the cords are removed and the proper wiring added to the interior of the Quonset hut. When T.E.P. showed, the owner came over where he lives next door. Went over on what happened on site and that T.P.D. was on site and called Code Enforcement to the property. He got copy of the N.O.V. and went over that a re-connect permit required to get the electrical back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. RV.
