Also observed a palm tree with dead fronds that are below the 10 foot height limit. Palo Verde tree is overgrown and is obstructing the right of way of the street.
01/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Violations still exist and I spoke with the owner who stated that he will abate the violations by 1/30/2023. I will follow up at that time. I explained to him that I if it is not done by then, I would seek to obtain a contractor to complete the work.
