07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed At the time of inspection --The broken pipe was fixed, the standing water was removed and the area was already dry. The management team already contacted a contractor to replace the broken concrete sidewalk. The area was blocked off by yellow caution tape and orange cones to prevent anyone from going into the area.
