11/26/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared. The fire Captain was site and had a fire in an electric stove. Something was left in the stove and the stove was on. There was a forced entry and broke a pane on a french door to enter a commercial kitchen. The fire was contained to the stove and has no other damage to the structure or contents in the building. The Health Department was on site and was checking the area to keep opened. T.E.P. was on site and the electrical was turned back on. S.W.G. was on site and the gas was being turned back on. The floor has water puddled quarry tile flooring and was going to be cleaned up. Did go over on cleaning the area and the health department went over on the cleaning and will come back to have the area check to open back up. All is working and will be allowed to remain open once the area has been cleaned up. No N.O.V. was given and left the site. Will be closing the case at this time. RV.
