Sec 16-11 (f)(5) Interior ceiling, walls and floors- Fire smoke damage. Repair, replace and patch in workman like manner as required. Notice of Violation for Emergency Abatement and order to Vacate. Failur to provide electrical services, structure damaged by fire.
