Spoke with both parties regarding times of entry for removal of property and required repairs. All parties agreed that the tenant will have access to the unit 9am-5pm until Friday November 11th, 2022. This will allow the tenant to remove all property. No workers will be in the unit during this period. After November 11th, 2022 the tenant will no longer have access to the unit and repairs may begin. The unit was reposted with do not enter placards on the front door and rear window. The tenant in unit 21 as an emergency accommodation Fernando Ortiz from Section 8 was contacted and advised of agreement. |
