10/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Commercial suite fire on the 2nd floor, two rafters burned by fire, partially charred. Fire caused the sprinkler system to go off exposing the entire 2nd floor and bottom floor to water, smoke. Water caused the paint on the drywall to bubble on the ceiling and walls. Flooring on the 2nd floor is soft to walk on due to water exposure. Electrical exposed to water. Front door lower glass broken. Issued notice to vacate, idemification form and permits required to be repaired by a licensed electrician and contractor. TFD turned off the sprinkler system. To the entire commercial building. Owner must have the sprinkler system repaired before the commercial building can be reoccupied. Owner is aware of this.
