RMIN / UNIT 4: The main support beam has a noticeable sag. A new gap of about ? inch has developed between the stacked timbers, and there are two new cracks around the doorway near the beam. Multiple walls cracked and noticeable leaning of my bedroom wall where it connects at the roof. This was reported to management and nothing has been done.
