Rebar in the wall and horizontal joint reinforcement damaged by the impact of the car hitting the wall. The electrical in the location where the hole is located was shut off. Shop owner stated he will need the city to secure and shore up the wall where the wall was damaged by the vehicle. Issued notice to vacate, permits required to repair damaged wall and electrical.
