11/03/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Observed several places along the interior of the apartment complex were no lights exist. Some flood lights do exist along the top of some of the perimeter buildings, particularly facing Roger Rd, but this is not consistent. Additionally, I do not see anywhere on the site plan that indicates if lights are or should be included. Also, according to the photos from 2010, there are no flood lights present in any of the photos.
01/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Only half of the 40 lights that were inoperable have been restored to operation.
