Wall siding is burned and removed. Damage to wall structural members and base plate in this area. Floor joists are burned and have fire damage in this area. Multiple windows are busted out. Electrical panel at southwest corner is missing dead front. TEP was on scene and cut power at the meter. Southwest Gas was on scene and advised gas service was previously abandoned at the main. Trailer was posted unsafe to occupy. The property was previously fenced when the front trailer burned. I resecured the gate at the front of the property and posted a second red tag on gate. Permits are required to demolish or rehabilitate the trailer. For reference, the front trailer burned on 10/19/2025 under case CE-VIO1025-04602. The two trailers on abutting parcel to the west burned on 10/16/2025 under case CE-VIO1025-04578 (front trailer) and 10/20/2025 under case CE-VIO1025-04630 (rear trailer). -VM |
