10/28/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed overgrown vegetation on the property in the front, side and in the alley. Did observe a masonry block wall that is encased in plaster. The plaster had some cracks in a few areas, however, these cracks would not be considered a violation. The structural integrity of the underlying blocks appear to be stable and in sound condition.
