Siding is removed on the east facing and south facing walls, there is extensive fire damage to structural members of the walls, and the floors of the trailer. The floor has burned and can see through to the ground below. The floor structural members are charred and damaged. There is burned and bare electrical wire throughout. Ceiling is removed, and there is damage to the structural support of the ceiling area. Windows are broken throughout. The metal front porch in front of the former front door has collapsed as the metal has detached from the structure and the metal is hanging down posing a hazard. The fire has also impacted the north side of the structure and there is damage to walls and broken windows. Gas service is pinned off at the meter and electric service is disconnected at the meter. Unit is hazardous and unsafe to occupy. Owner could not be reached. City contractor was called, and fenced off the hazardous structure. The trailer shall be demolished, or repaired under an Issued permit with use of a licensed contractor. For reference, the front trailer burned on 10/16/2025, under case CE-VIO1025-04578 and trailer on property to east, 2150, burned on 10/19/2025 under case CE-VIO1025-04602. -VM |
