More than 50% of the structure has significant fire, smoke and water damage , including charring of framing, walls and roofing material. The front facade, porch and roofline are charred and partially collapsed. The interior walls, ceiling and flooring appear structurally compromised due to the fire, smoke and water damage. Exterior support elements and metal framing under the awning are warped and unstable. There are several doors and windows that are broken. There is a storage structure to the east of the main structure that has fire, smoke and water damage. Electrical wiring are melted/destroyed. Electrical service has been disconnected. TEP placed a disconnect sleeve on meter. There is no gas service and unable to locate any propane tanks. Tucson Water service was terminated(5/6/25). There is debris, trash, refuse, burnt materials and household items scattered throughout the front of the property. Property has been secured with chain link fencing by city contractor. Property is a total loss and condemned. A notice of Do Not Enter, Unsafe to Occupy was posted. Permits required for demolition and/or rehabilitation plans. |
