10/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Did not observe any excessive outdoor storage at this property. The carport was clear enough for two vehicles to park inside. The carport has a few storage items that I told the individual to just push back some, although, not necessary. The vehicles had the hoods raised due to an extensive pack rat issue that the individual showed me how much damage was done to the engine insulation and wiring inside the vehicle. All the vehicles were operational at the time of inspection even with the pack rat damages.
