|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10/17/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Observed an overflowing city garbage can. Also observed an accumulation of trash and debris throughout this property. Trash and debris all originate from the homeless activity present at the property | |
| 12/19/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | I placed a stop work order at the property. The owner disputed that he needed a permit, so I scheduled to meet the GC on site to verify his assertion that he did nothing that required permits. After a follow-up inspection, it was determined that the contractor installed a new electrical panel and associated items without permit or compliance review. The owner was notified that an electrical permit was required for the new electrical work. Trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation are still present throughout the property. |
