THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL ROMEX ATTACHED TO THE FAN. THERE WAS DRY WALL DAMAGE IN AN ESTIMATED 4X4 AREA. THERE WAS AN ESTIMATED 2X2 INSPECTION HOLE. THERE WAS CHARRING TO THE ROOF MEMEBERS IN THE AREA. THE EXTERIOR BREAKER TRIPPED TO THE FAN. THE OWNER HAD ISOLATED THE BREAKERS AND LOCKED THE EXTERRIOR BREAKER BOX. DUE TO ONLY ONE BATHROOM IN THE UNIT NO ONE CAN LIVE IN UNIT 214 UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE. OWNER WAS HAVING CONTRACTORS ARRIVE TO REVIEW THE DAMAGE AS I WAS LEAVING.SW GAS PINNED THE METER. |
