10/31/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with occupants at property discussed the complaint. Occupants shoveling up the sand and removing. Issued nov giving them 14 days to remove all sand dumped this year only.
11/25/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Sand is still in the alley and going into the street. Noticed the property occupants also increase the height of the wall on the property wall approximately 6 ft occupants added 4 extra feet onto the wall. No permits on file. Occupants placed storage items which are visible from beyond the property lot line on the west and south side of property. Occupant also installed a large stage with lighting . A 2nd notice will be sent to the Owner to include the newest violations identified. Contacted Fraternity Coordinator for UofA left vm to discuss the issues on property lot.
