10/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a house needing to be secured. Arrived and all the units were still on site and the house has been cleared. Had people entering the house through windows that have been broken into. Not able to make contact with the owner and was able to leave a message. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the openings. Did posting of paperwork on the front window and Do Not Enter. The electrical and gas are still on and apparently the owner stays at times in the house. At this time the case will be closed and the owner will be able to stay in the house when calls to enter. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
