10/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Met with the maintenance and they are going to board up the door today. Did advised that if called tonight, that the door will be boarded up by the City of Tucson. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
10/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a board up needed. Arrived and no units on site. Did drive around and found the unit. The unit was vacant and the door was locked. Did call back communication to check if this was the correct unit and they researched it and was the correct unit. Had to call the second time and found out that T.P.D. was on site with squatters in the unit 2-nights in a row. Did go back up to check the door on the second floor and was able to open the door due to the deadbolt was not being used. Was able to shake the door back and forth and would open. Arcaiden Industries was on site and they were able to use a bag to secure the deadbolt. No paperwork done due to secured. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
