10/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed There was a fire in unit 1108 on the upper floor and water was seeping from under the wall that separates the units. There is no fire damage and the tenants will be cleaning the water on the floor. Did have the tenants check the unit and all is working on the electrical once it was turned back on. They did have some smoke in the unit and was able to open the windows and the sliding glass door to air out the unit of the smoke. The tenants were going to stay somewhere else and come back in the daylight hours. The tenants did secure the unit when leaving the site. The management signed the paperwork at daylight hours in the office. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
