10/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The property is in the common area for the neighborhood on Valencia Rd. and Columbus to Desert View High School. There is an entrance at Mesquite Desert Trail and east of the street to a masonry wall where the neighborhood starts to the entrance to Desert View High School entrance. The area has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris with dead vegetation, dead cactus, needing to trim trees and bushes from the sidewalk to the property masonry wall for the neighborhood.
