10/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed The office called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were cleaning up and starting to clear. The fire was on the roof of a warehouse type structure that are still under construction and vacant. The area was being prepped for a AC unit on the roof with adding stiffeners in the area to carry the weight of the new unit. They did have a fire watch on the top and the bottom of the area and T.F.D. was called to check the insulation board. The area removed the insulation board past the burning area to make sure not in the interior or the insulation board. No structure damage to the metal decking or the steel trusses. No paperwork was done due to still under construction and the permit is still active. They will be repairing the area and replacing the curb and the unit was not installed at the time of the fire. This case will be closed at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
