10/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Met with the owner of the mobile home and the pre-fab fiberglass storage has a washer and dryer on a temporary connection and is not permanent on the exterior of the mobile home. The pedestal was just replaced with new due to was damaged. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
11/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Met with the management and the tenants on site. Went over the electrical for the mobile home. Has a pedestal for the space with the meter. There is a box connected to the pedestal with a cord that feeds power to the detached box from the pedestal and mounted on a post. The added box from the pedestal feeds the mobile home with a life line that is hard wire from the box to the panel inside the mobile home. The location of the washer machine and dryer has a wooden frame stand where the outlets are mounted to the wooden frame for the washer machine and the dryer and has a disconnect box that feeds the outlets. The panel has a breaker for the washer and the dryer to be turned off that feeds the disconnect. Does have some romex that needs to be protected with conduit or seal tight. The washer machine and the dryer are on cords and are not permanent connected and all the other areas of electrical has permanently connected. Not able to check for permits at this time due to Permits Plus has been removed where the records were and changed to the new system of Energov which does not show records that far.
