Neighbor who was taking his trash out to the 300s in the alley came up to me and stated it is from 522 and provided a card for a TDOT inspector. Did call and spoke to the TDOT inspector who confirmed is from 522. Made contact with the property owner. She states she is aware of the leak and not sure why she has not called a plumber. Provided a 24 hour notice to make repairs to owner on site. -VM | |
11/03/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | 1028 AM - Sewage leak has been abated and alley has been patched. Per Pima County: Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department mobilized Achen-Gardner Construction and repairs to the HCS at 522 N. Plumer were completed last night. The home is now back in service. All repairs were tested and no leaks found. -VM |
