Stone Ave - Electrical junction boxes missing covers. 2) 3042 N. Stone Ave - Electrical service box is missing knock outs Junction boxes not properly attached to the structure, knock outs missing exposing electrical wiring to the elements. 3) Interior ceiling panels are missing and some are broken and stained from exposure to water leak in the ceiling. 4) Light fixture in back room has detached from the ceiling and has fallen. Currently hanging from the ceiling. 46 E. Delano St. - Apartments 1 - 5 Board up all vacant structures. NOTE: Vacant structures can only be boarded for 180 days. After 180 days (April 10, 2023) owner will need to install windows and doors. IF Owner does not plan on re-occupying rental units or repairing and restoring rental units. A permit will be required to demolish the structures.
