They were told that a part was ordered and be in on 9-28-23 and nothing happened. Than was told that on 10-4 23 that the part will be in and nothing has happened and or notification on the repairs. The boiler has not been working since 9-11-23 and has no management on site and this owner does not return calls. The tenants don't know what's wrong with the boiler or what part they need. Did let the tenant know that the inspector in the area will call or go by on Monday to check the status. Due to time of day not able to do much today. RV. | |
