| 10/05/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Was called to the 1301 E. Drexel Rd. for sewer backing up. Arrived and T.F.D. showed up and Pima County was on site. Silverado Plumbing was on site and left the site when Pima County arrived to the site. The sewer back up was in unit 405 and coming out of the cleanout where the cap was removed. This has been draining for some time due to the dirt has colored and was draining into the street area into the rear of this property with water only and has no solids on the ground. The back up was removed and the line was cleared. Silverado Plumbing did call for a pumper and the water that was standing was removed and than Clorox was poured on the area affected and that water was placed on top of the Clorox leaving no smell of sewer in the area which was a Day Care Center. Did meet with the workers to not let the kids play in the area blocked off with caution tape due to sprayed the Clorox on the ground and will be still moist from the water sprayed on top of the Clorox. They can check the area on Monday for the smell and if does still will come back and spray more Clorox where the water drained onto the area on the property. Did leave a card with phone number to call if wanted it checked. RV. | |
