10/03/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a broken window. Arrived and the units were still on site and have a broken window where a person through a rock through the window and broke the glass of a 7' x 8' window in a metal frame. The back side has wrought iron bars to block entry into the business. Did call for board up and than was cancelled due to the cost that was given for estimate to have boarded up. The owner of the business had sheets of plywood in the rear of the building with bolts and was placed over the opening. The owner of the business signed the paperwork on site and was secured by the workers of the business. The business will remain opened at this time. RV.
10/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The glass will have to be ordered and will take awhile. The owner of the property was not on site and will be working with the insurance company. At this time the case will be close. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
