THE TOILET HAD BEEN REMOVED AND WAS SITTING ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE MANAGER, RACHAEL, AND THE OWNER, SCOTT. LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE FOR BOTH OF THEM. THE UNIT IS UNSANITARY AND UNLIVEABLE. THE TENANT HAD BEEN GRANTED ACCESS TO UNIT 17 FROM THE STAFF AT THE COMPLEX EARLIER THAT DAY. THE TENANT SAID THAT THE MAINTENANCE TEAM HAD BEEN WORKING ON THE PLUMBING EARLIER AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD RETURN TO FIX IT BEFORE 5 PM. THEY DID NOT RETURN. THE TENANT STATED THAT SHE HAD RECENTLY PAID FOR A PLUMBER HERSELF TO SNAKE THE PLUMBING BECAUSE IT CONSTANTLY BACKED UP AND OVERFLOWED WITH WASTE WATER INTO HER UNIT. SHE SAID THE PLUMBER TOLD HER THAT THE ISSUE IS BIGGER THAN JUST SNAKING IT. COT CONDEMENED THE UNIT. A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS SENT OUT BUT THE OWNER NOR THE STAFF HAS FIXED THE ISSUE NOR RETURNED MY CALL. |
