12/06/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed met with the owner, found plumbing issue already resolved, with a plumber report stating "Final Report of Plumbing Break: We were called out to a emergency flood at residence on 5/29/22. Upon further assessment, discovered that sewer drain was broken with large spot missing. Line was leaking drain water through the broken pipe due to to a stoppage in drain. Home owner agreed to estimate for repairs. Cabled line to try to clear but couldn’t clear drain. Ran camera inspection and found main sewer line that runs down the center of the build through every unit till it exits the building was backed up in main line sewer. As camera was being performed found another plumbing company on site at another unit. Stoppage was downstream by first unit. Line was cleared. Recommended that main sewer line be maintained to prevent further problems." At this point due to no issues exist no further steps can be taken by the city. case closed.
