A vehicle was traveling on N 14th Av and partially drove through the perimeter wall surrounding the apartment complex. The wall is under 6 feet in height and has no apparent footing. The wall is a plastic fence covered in stucco. There was a block support in this area that was hit and blocks are displaced. There are two panels of the wall that are leaning in but are supporting their own weight at this time. Issue NOV to make repairs to wall. -VM |
