09/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Car hit trailer in the north west corner damaged the metal base frame. Interior does not appear to have any damage to the interior in the area of impact. Cinder blocks where car hit were moved approximately 3 inches one cinder block was cracked on impact. Siding & skirting, small portion of wood floor framing, insulation damaged by impact. Mobile home base is still secured. Did find added electrical circuits and pedestal Mh is attached to has been tamper with. Will issue nov to repair mh damage and will include the added electrical circuits.
