10/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation An inspection took place at the subject property at 8:45 AM on 10/06/2026. At the time of the inspection the subject property was found to be in violation of Chapter 16 of Tucson's Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance there was a dilapidated fence surrounding the property that was visible from the street and neighboring properties. Grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches, as well as trash refuse and debris were also scattered throughout the property. The property looked as though it had recently been cleared but there was still some debris left behind.
